Winter Training

Our Winter Training program is comprised of three seven week sessions at the Hampshire Dome in Milford, NH and at the NH Sportsplex in Bedford, NH. Each session meets for one hour per week. During these seven weeks, each player will recieve individual attention and training from our professional trainers. Players will improve their overall ball handling skills as well as increase their overall fitness including speed, stregnth, and endurance. Our Winter Training is an excellent way to develop new skills in a fun and challenging environment.
